Step into the world of Oakville Cabernet with The Collector’s Tasting—a curated journey through select vintages of our Estate Cabernet Sauvignon and coveted Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon. This elevated experience blends warm hospitality with insightful discussion, accompanied by seasonal accoutrements.

We invite you to experience rare vintages of CADE Estate and CADE Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon, including a taste of the limited-production 13th Vineyard Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon, a tour of the winery, and a curated cheese plate. This experience is available Wednesday–Sunday at 12:00PM and 2:00PM.

Begin your experience with a tour through the gravity-fed stone winery while enjoying a side-by-side tasting of the wines produced at our estate from across the PlumpJack Collection portfolio. This tasting includes CADE Sauvignon Blanc, PlumpJack Merlot, Adaptation Cabernet Sauvignon, and CADE Estate Cabernet Sauvignon. *Enjoy a 2oz pour of 13th Vineyard Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon, our most coveted and limited-production wine, for an additional $25.

Enjoy a picnic lunch among the serene landscapes of our historic estate with wines from the PlumpJack Collection portfolio (two-bottle purchase minimum per guest). The pre-arranged picnic includes a sandwich, salad, and dessert, followed by a tasting of CADE Sauvignon Blanc, PlumpJack Merlot, Adaptation Cabernet Sauvignon, and CADE Estate Cabernet Sauvignon. The Adaptation Experience is an exploration of vineyard sites across Napa Valley with each region’s distinct beauty conveyed through our inviting Adaptation wines and paired with savory potato chips. Walk-ins welcome.

Framed by vineyard views of our Stags Leap District estate, this experience invites you to explore recent vintages of our Estate and Reserve Cabernet Sauvignons—tasted beside the very vineyards that produced them—along with our Reserve Chardonnay, select Adaptation wines, and a cheese plate for every two guests.

Experience an elevated tasting from 1,800 feet above the valley floor, set against a backdrop of the most dramatic views of Napa Valley. Your 60-minute community table seated tasting features our current release Sauvignon Blanc and Cabernet Sauvignon, handcrafted by Winemaker Danielle Cyrot.
